About
About me
I began my professional journey as a customer support officer, and that foundation still shapes how I listen, ask better questions, and design with empathy. Don Norman's The Design of Everyday Things deeply reshaped how I think about user-centered design, and it still fuels the way I approach the craft.
It usually starts around Frame 3253Frame3523, and somewhere along the way, I've come to love this industry and the problems I get to solve through it. I care about making digital experiences feel clear, intentional, and worth using. My work usually lives at the intersection of product strategy, interaction design, and refined execution, with a strong bias toward shipping ideas that are both useful and memorable.
